REDWOOD HIGH SCHOOL
PHYSICAL EDUCATION

OVERVIEW
The physical education program at Redwood High School offers students an exposure to a number of activities that will enable them to exercise their bodies, develop strength, increase stamina, and learn about sports activities that may have carry-over value for promoting life-long health. Physical activity is good for you. Enjoy it! Have fun!
