If you are a Redwood Student, you may have your picture added to the database of student photos that are randomly selected to appear on the Intro page to Redwood's Web site, as well as other pages on the site.

To make this happen, do the following:

• print this Web page
  
• fill out the form below
  
• sign the form
  
• have a parent or guardian sign the form
  
• bring the form to Dave Goldsmith in Room 279 at Redwood

Once the form below is properly completed, your photo
will be taken with a digital camera and put online.
